SANYO Xacti Linear PCM Sound Recorder launches in UK

SANYO has today announced the UK launch of the world’s smallest, slimmest and lightest sound recorder – the Xacti ICR-XPS01M. Capable of recording Linear PCM CD quality stereo sound, the tiny recorder is available in two formats now:
- The Xacti ICR-XPS01M is specifically designed for musicians
- Less than a centimetre (9.4mm) thick, it fits easily in any pocket
- Records CD quality stereo sound in Linear PCM and MP3 formats
- Detects and records multiple tracks across 360º automatically within live recording
- Plug-and-play with all major editing/mixing software packages
- Saves files onto microSD card, enabling limitless expandable memory
- Touchscreen operating interface eliminates operational noise when recording
- FM tuner allows playback and stereo recording of radio
- The Xacti ICR-XPS01MF comes equipped with a slender playback cradle
- Playback cradle provides 2V output through 4 speakers
- The first Xacti branded product that isn’t a Dual Camera
- Usual retail price is £199.99 for the Xacti ICR-XPS01M and £249.99 for the Xacti ICR-XPS01MF
