Stoke Mandeville Stadium invests £50,000 in community leisure facilities

Stoke Mandeville Stadium has announced plans to invest £50,000 in a new equipment extension. The extension, which will take place on August 17th, will see the birthplace of the Paralympic movement gain an additional 22 pieces of plate loaded equipment.

  • The investment will allow Stoke Mandeville Stadium to offer the latest technology in fitness equipment
  • The additional pieces of kit will be installed into the stadium’s 120 gym stations, along with Livestrong Spin Bikes and Crank Cycles to help increase class participation
  • The gym will be closed on Friday 17th August in order for the new equipment to be installed and will re-open the following day – Saturday 18th August
