The T3 Awards website states:
“SANYO’s scaled-down full HD camcorder was the best of a very strong bunch from the last 12 months, offering great features, design and value-for-money. The Xacti is exceptionally stylish, yet offers advanced features like full 1080 shooting and a 10x zoom.”
Dominic Jones, UK marketing manager at SANYO commented:
“The Xacti CS1 has made a massive impact since we launched it earlier this year, and it is great to see both technology experts and the general public vote it to be the best camcorder of the year. The camera is a watershed product for Xacti, evolving our signature pistol-grip chassis to provide a smaller and more convenient Dual Camera than ever before.”
