On November 15th, North Yorkshire Sport will host a specialised Coaching Development Course concentrating on nutrition for young sports performers. Taking place at Harrogate Rugby Club, the course aims to give sports coaches a better understanding of nutrition and the effect that it can have on the performances of young athletes.
