Meadowlands Leisure Pool timetable change
Meadowlands Leisure Pool has announced that there will be a change to its pool timetable on Wednesday 12th October, due to the town’s annual Goose Fair.The timetable for the day is as follows:
- General swim between 8 am – 10 am
- Swim School between 4pm – 5pm
- General Swim between 5 pm – 7pm
As well as the pool timetable changes the public car park adjacent to the swimming pool will be unavailable for the duration of the week, from Monday 10th October until the final evening – Sunday 16th October.

The goose fair is a great annual event, which the Tavistock community, including myself, look forward to each year but it does mean the town has to be closed to traffic. As a result there will be reduced access to the centre and we’ve had to introduced a slightly reduced pool operating times.
