Richard Millman, Chief Executive Officer at Leisure Connection, commented:
To see our like-for-like sales grow by such large percentages in the current economic climate is impressive. We are consistently developing our programmes across the board to better suit the needs of users and our dedication to delivering the very best community sports and leisure facilities and services is evident in our success in our FY12 financial year to date performance.
Sport, fitness and ultimately health are no longer seen as a luxury. More people understand the importance of maintaining a fit and active lifestyle. This shift in attitude, coupled with our commitment to excellence in local programming and service provision and value for money pricing structure is a win:win situation for the end user.
