Quotations
Simon Prockter, co-founder and CEO at Housebites commented:
“We are thrilled to have arrived in Brighton and Hove – the first city we have expanded to outside of London – and especially with the unprecedented response we’ve seen to the service. We knew the city had a strong contingent of foodies, but we have already seen demand outstripping supply in certain areas so we have now officially put the call out to recruit more chefs in the area.”
Simon Prockter continued:
“Housebites Brighton is fundamental to the development of our offering – it is our first ‘expansion’ city and we can see a lot of potential here. The city has a culture of embracing the new and exciting, and it’s good to see Housebites seems to have fallen into that category.”
Simon Prockter added:
“Brighton has only seen the tip of the iceberg – we have exciting plans for the Housebites service and Brighton’s enthusiastic response means we are definitely looking to try new things here. It’s definitely a case of ‘watch this space’.”
