Actor Winston Ellis brings Hollywood glamour to Reading!
Reading-born actor Winston Ellis will be launching a charity Sparathon event at Loddon Valley Leisure Centre on Sunday 17th June starting from 10am.
- The centre is hosting the event in an attempt to raise £30,000 for Pancreatic Cancer UK
- During the event 1,000 martial artists will spar 100 one and a half minute rounds, with each fighter raising a minimum sponsorship of £30 each
- Mr Ellis, 46, whose film credits include Pirates of the Caribbean and The Dark Knight, is childhood friends with Peter Felix, the event organiser and martial arts expert, and will be on hand to start the event proceedings
