St Crispin’s Leisure Centre launches boot camp

St Crispin’s Leisure Centre in Wokingham is encouraging the community to get active this summer by signing up to its NEW army style boot camp, which promises to get you beach body ready.

  • In keeping with the army theme the boot camp will be held outside on the astro-turf and field on Saturday 30th June starting at 8:00 am and will last for four hours
  • During this time instructors will deliver a range of circuit-based training, core training, boxercise sessions, team games and a challenging assault course
  • The diversity of the workout is guaranteed to burn calories, increase endurance levels, cardio-fitness and strength
  • The boot camp costs £45 per participant, which includes a variety of ‘army rations’, such as energy bars and energy drinks to ensure everybody keeps up with the pace
