New Swim School term begins at Meadowlands Leisure Centre and Parklands Okehampton Leisure Centre
Meadowlands Leisure Centre and Parklands Okehampton Leisure Centre will launch a new Swim School term on Monday 23rd April, along side a new snorkelling programme that will span 16 weeks.
- The award winning Swim School programme, which is open to children three years and up, will run Monday to Friday at 4.00pm – 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am – 10.30am and the snorkelling classes will be held every Monday at 4.30pm – 5.30pm
- In order for children to take part in the snorkelling programme they must be able to swim at least 50 meters
- New swim school members can enrol on Monday 16th April. The new swim school term will start on 23rd April 2012 and will run up until the summer holidays

Our Swim School programme is always a huge success at both Meadowlands Leisure and Parklands Okehampton and it’s a great way to keep children in the area active whilst they learn a vital life skill. We hope the introduction of snorkelling classes will also encourage children to take part and learn something new.
