Free taster swim sessions at Bourne Leisure Centre this summer

Throughout July, Bourne Leisure Centre is offering free taster swim sessions for both adults and children to practice their technique in time for the summer holidays.

  • The taster sessions aim to give both children and adults the opportunity to develop some of the fundamental skills required for swimmers while encouraging them to get involved in the Pool’s swim school programmes
  • Bourne will be offering taster sessions throughout July and a range of dates and times will be available to make sure everybody can take advantage of the offer
  • The taster sessions are ideal for non-swimmers and swimmers who would like to enhance their abilities in time for their holidays

Quotations

Suzanne Evans, Swim School Co-ordinator at Bourne Leisure Centre said:

Our sessions will be great fun and I’m sure both children and adults will thoroughly enjoy themselves. We feel that it is really important children get active and enjoy the weather and what better time for people to learn how to swim or build on their skills, when summer is around the corner!
