Riverside Leisure Centre to hold charity event for WheelPower

On Tuesday 29th November, Riverside Leisure Centre in Norwich will hold a coffee and cupcake event to raise money for the charity WheelPower, the national charity for wheelchair sport. Cupcakes, coffee and tea will be on sale throughout, while raffle tickets will be on sale at the Leisure Centre right up until the event itself.
- Riverside Leisure Centre will be offering some tempting raffle prizes throughout the event – particularly for local football fans.
- First prize will be an A2 sized, Norwich City Poster signed by 20 players from the club. Second prize will be a poster signed by Grant Holt, while the third prizes offers a six month membership to the Leisure Centre.
- The draw is scheduled for 7pm on the Tuesday and tickets are on sale now.
- WheelPower is aiming to raise £6,000,000 via its WheelAppeal campaign to provide over 2,000 disabled people with new sports wheelchairs, while funding training and coaching to enable them to participate in sport.
