Alex Bedford, Contract Manager for North Kesteven, comments:
These two new classes are a great new addition to our other fitness facilities, and not only is Zumba a really fun way to exercise but it is also a great way to shift those extra kilos before Christmas. Men, Women, old, young, Zumba veteran or Zumba virgin – we want everyone to come along and get involved! These classes promise to be a great way to bring the community together and we are expecting a strong turn out.
