Downham Health & Leisure Centre recognised at the FIA Flame Awards
Downham Health & Leisure Centre was recently recognised for its commitment to the community and for providing quality services across the board at a leading industry awards event. The Lewisham based centre was a finalist in the Centre of the Year category at the Fitness Industry Association’s Flame Awards, which were held in June.
- The centre achieved a consistent level of high results across the assessments, which included an online submission, site visit and customer survey, and secured top marks in the site visit stage of the assessment
- The centre was judged on its planning, promotions, training and resources, as well as first impressions when entering the site
- Customers at the centre were also asked to complete a survey and give their comments about their experience at the centre
