LOVE Your Body at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre

Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre is offering free health checks to customers as part of its Valentines themed, LOVE Your Body campaign, which will run throughout February.
- The free health check – which will be available in the gym – will measure the weight, blood pressure, peak flow and BMI of the customer and will be available to both members and non-members
- There will also be a member of staff from the gym on hand to talk to customers
- They will also be giving advice on the importance of maintaining a healthy heart this Valentine’s Day
