Dunstable Leisure Centre raises more than £400 for Children in Need
Staff and members at Dunstable Leisure Centre have raised more than £420 for Children in Need after taking part in a spinathon, tombola, a sponsored swim and a cake sale.
- Swimming teachers at the centre held a sponsored ‘Swim the Thames’, which kicked off on Thursday 17th November at 1pm and continued until 4pm on Friday
- The centre also held a tombola, ran a cake stand and offered face painting to visitors
- The sponsored spinathon was completed in two hours and the cheerleaders also held a sponsored sleepover at the centre

We are really proud to have been a part of so many amazing fundraising activities at Dunstable this year. The staff and members at our centre have got so involved and have given up their own time to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
