Merchant keeps steady hand and level head at NMBS
Builders’ merchant wins iPod Touch thanks to Dunlop Adhesives
Stephen Queen, of South Lanarkshire Building Supplies, won the Dunlop Adhesives ‘Level Head’ buzzwire challenge at the National Merchant Buying Society (NMBS) exhibition in Telford last week.
- As part of Dunlop’s promotional stand at the event, the specialist manufacturer of tile adhesives, grouts, finishing and ancillary products offered attendees the chance to win an iPod Touch by competing in a buzzwire competition
- Over 40 NMBS members tried their hand at the game, but it was Mr Queen who proved to possess the steady hand and level head to win the prize by guiding the loop handle around the wiggly wire without touching it
- All of Dunlop Adhesives’ products are supported by a 10 year guarantee and a dedicated technical helpline is also operational in case any questions arise whilst on the job

It was a great day, and hopefully our ‘level head’ challenge contributed a little to that success; alongside our Thick Bed Leveller promotion it certainly generated plenty attention for the Dunlop stand.
