From Wednesday 12 October, Downham Health & Leisure Centre is offering swimming lessons for adults in Lewisham. Those aged between 40 and 75 are being encouraged to take the plunge and learn to swim for only £2 per lesson.

Downham Health & Leisure Centre is launching its Shape-Up groups this October, an eight-week lifestyle management course aimed at helping Lewisham residents who want to manage their weight and be more active.
