St Crispin’s Leisure Centre supports Rose Buddies
St Crispin’s Leisure Centre is working with a local community life group – Rose Buddies to offer personal training sessions to adults with learning difficulties in Wokingham.
- Starting from Wednesday 16th May, the six-week personal training programme will enable members of Rose Buddies to learn how to use the gym equipment safely, take part in weight training, box fit, circuit training and much more
- These sessions will enable the participants to enjoy exercise and physical activity as a way to enhance their lives
- Participants can pay for six sessions in advance for a cost of £30

Rose Buddies community life group is a great organisation that helps people gain the skills and information they need to help play a full and active part in the community. We’re very pleased we can offer these training programmes to the group as we feel it’s important they learn and enjoy health and fitness and we hope they come back for more!
