Peterlee Leisure Centre hosts Ladies Day with East Durham Belles
Peterlee Leisure Centre is hosting a Ladies Day on Saturday 24th March in association with the East Durham Belles, offering ladies from the local area the opportunity to try new classes and activities.
- The day will be free for any women who attend and will give them the opportunity to try new aquatic activities such as Learn to Swim and Swim4Fitness sessions and the brand new Aqua Zumba class, a water-based, body-toning, cardio-conditioning workout
- As well as the activities in the pool, the squash and racquet ball courts will be available from 10.00am to 2.00pm for 20 minute slots
- Cycling improvement and cycle skills sessions will also run throughout the day. Finally, Boxerfit, Bodyblast and Bokwa sessions will be held from 10.45am to 1.00pm
- Bokwa is a new exercise dance class that mixes African dancing and boxing moves for a great cardio workout

The Ladies Day at Peterlee Leisure Centre is all about getting ladies from the local area to participate more in physical activity. We are launching a new Aqua Zumba class and have other exciting sessions such as Bokwa on offer, as well as cycling and swimming, so there really is something for everyone.
