Malcolm Grinstead, Contract Manager for Peterlee Leisure Centre, comments:
“I think this class will prove really useful to many members of the community. Everybody is aware of the importance of doing exercise and eating well, but often it is not as easy as it sounds! The Healthy Challenge will help people to understand how to make considered and sustainable lifestyle changes in a way that is fun, engaging and informative. We hope that people will take the chance to get together in the name of improved health!”
